Job Description:

A New business setup service company in Dubai, UAE, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business setup services, client management, business development, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai freezones. As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our business goals, managing clients, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including expanding the client base.

Documentation: Oversee and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all business setup documentation and processes.

P.R.O. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.) functions and responsibilities in the UAE, including government liaisons and document submissions.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest rules and regulations related to business setup in Dubai and ensure the company’s adherence to these requirements.

Dubai Freezone Connections: Establish and maintain strong connections with Dubai freezones, understanding their procedures and requirements.

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients and government authorities.

Computer Proficiency: Utilize computer software and tools for documentation, data management, and reporting.

ERP Experience: Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline processes and data management.

Target Achievement: Set and achieve business targets and goals, ensuring the company’s growth and success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Manager or similar role in business setup services companies in Dubai.
A strong network and understanding of the Dubai freezones.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
