What this job is about
We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and go-getter HR generalist to join our dynamic team. Someone who is self-motivated, mature, responsible, and eager to take on a challenging role and make a real impact at Seez and in the people and culture department.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3–4 years of recruitment experience, a passion for technology, experience in startups, and a desire to take full ownership of their role.
you will work closely with our HR Director to support all HR operations, from sourcing top talent to managing employee relations and ensuring compliance.
Job Key Responsibilities
Handle the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Take a hands-on approach to recruiting top-tech talent, sourcing, and attracting top talent in the tech industry, including creating JDs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the ATS, conducting reference and background checks, and extending job offers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
Support the HR Department on a day-to-day basis in all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes. Coordinate and conduct orientations for new hires, and manage the process for employees leaving the company.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws and regulations
HRIS management: maintain and update the company’s HRIS; ensure data accuracy and provide training to employees on HRIS usage
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Utilize automation and technology to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)
3+ years of recruitment experience, writing JD, sourcing, shortlisting, headhunting, interviewing, etc., and 2+ years as an HR Generalist
Prior experience in a tech startup is a must
Strong knowledge of general and international HR best practices and regulations
Highly proficient with HR technology and automation tools
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and take ownership of responsibilities and multiple tasks independently
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and flexible to adapt quickly to change
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
