Legacy Group Services UAE Job Description at a Glance:
- Role & Duties:
a. Implement the Regulatory instructions set forth for the day-to-day activities and task in
Department to achieve the company business targets.
b. Record keeping of regulatory files, product submission files, correspondence, and artworks.
c. Responsible for preparation and submission of files and follow ups on minor variations, re-
registrations, licensing, etc.
d. Responsible for planning and monitoring of regulatory submissions of the company and
carry out all the planned activities and set the timelines for the planned activities.
e. Track and ensure the completions of product submission and registration.
f. Working with different internal stakeholders/ departments in order to receive the
documents required for dossier completion.
g. Filling in all MOH forms and templates required for submission.
h. Following strictly all the MOH, UAE Regulations, decisions & decrees.
i. Assist in RA SOPs preparation, development and review.
Compensation: AED 8,000 – 10,000
