  • Lara’s Kitchen is a leading Lebanese central kitchen, committed to delivering high-quality food to our customers. We are currently seeking a Quality Controller to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    * Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.

    * Inspect, test, or measure materials.

    * Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control data, test results,
    and inspection reports. Prepare and submit quality reports to management as needed.

    * Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers.

    * Identification and expulsion of products with internal quality defects.

    * Controlling the balanced distribution of ingredients to ensure a uniform product.

    * Analysis of product surfaces to expel foods with damaged or missing areas.

    Qualification:

    * Minimum 2 years’ experience

    * Experience in manufacturing production and/or quality control.

    * High school diploma

    * Excellent communication skills.

    * Have knowledge and experience as Hygiene Quality officer

    * Attention to detail is a must.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
    Education:

    High school or equivalent (Preferred)
    Experience:
