Responsibilities:· Handle hiring process, which includes the creation of jobs descriptions, posting the vacancies on different platforms and sourcing staff, conducting interviews, reviewing and presenting successful candidates to the management· Onboard people, introducing them to the team members and company rules, managing their visas, helping to understand roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and expectations of the management
· Manage payrolls, bonuses, fines, taking into consideration working hours, overtime.

· Updating corporate structure presentation according to the actual state, its assessment from the standpoints of efficiency and fair distribution of workload, highlighting risk zones, advising and creating new roles & positions, shifting employees internally, managing responsibilities and constant assessment of each employee development & performance

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

· Prior work experience as an HR specialist: Minimum 2 years

· Excellent knowledge of local labor market and hiring instruments

· Highly skilled in MS Excel
