The Role:

The Brand Manager will play a significant role in developing and implementing Brand Plans that incorporate all facets of the marketing mix to ensure that BIC long term growth in Middle East and Africa (MEA). The Brand Manager will operate on BIC 3 categories: Stationery, Lighter and Shaver.
Responsibilities:

• Create effective brand strategies in collaboration with Global Category teams
Work on the launch of global innovations and develop the relevant assets for the MEA Region to generate great consumer engagement
Ensure strong involvement and collaboration with local marketing teams
Collaborate on the development of regional campaigns and develop engaging activation platforms
Get a deep understanding of trade and consumer: consolidate and analyse market data, extract relevant insights
Develop solutions and tools and to foster operational efficiency and collaboration at MEA regional level.
Manage Marketing budget.

The MEA Brand Manager will work closely with the MEA Marketing Director, the MEA Digital Manager and the local Marketing Teams.
Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing or Economics
A first professional experience in marketing in consumer goods (2-3 years)
Fluent in English
Good level of Computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Structured and creative thinking
Team oriented with positive energy and a can-do attitude
Dynamic personality
Curiosity in understanding company products and brands.
