      Location: The Bay Gate Towers, Business Bay

      Position: Tele Calling Excecutive

      Gender: Female

      Organization: ASSET HOMEZ INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES LLC

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer a sale option.
      Calling clients and explaining the projects and services offered by the company.
      Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
      Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
      Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
      Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details.
      Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our broker/sales team for closing.
      Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
      Attending regular team meetings to clarity progress and performance-related expectations.
      Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others’ dispositions.
      Should have Excellent Communication Skills
      Requirements:

      Minimum 6 month Real Estate experience in Dubai.
      Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
      Well-presented and a good work ethics.
      Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
      Strong negotiation and communication skills.
      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
