On behalf of our client, an innovative IT company provider with custom technologies in the worldwide Business, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Operations Assistant, working 100% remotely, to join its experienced and skilled team of professionals.

A Day in the Life of an Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in building bridges between all the departments and organizing the communications that take part. Be an essential part of the team as you will be the one who will source the engineers who will work on the projects.

Your day-to-day

• Supporting management with day-to-day operations remotely.
• Sourcing new technical engineers, especially within the blockchain industry at present.
• Conducting calls and virtual interviews by completing reports for the new technical engineers being appointed.
• Supporting our current UK and European technical engineers with ongoing setting up registrations plus progress/report updates sent to management.
• Contacting outsourced business with any additional support management required.

What you will need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related positions within an Operational department
• Strong knowledge of English language (Written and Spoken)

Great to have

• Experience with professional email communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools will be beneficial
