This role does not have fixed timings, all candidates are expected to be flexible outside of usual work hours (9.30-7.30 PM) if and when necessary, due to the nature of the industry.

Zen Film Productions is a Dubai based boutique film and video production SME. We are currently scouting for a temporary Production Coordinator cum Personal Assistant to assist our female CEO, a renowned Dubai based director, producer and public figure, and the female in-house team in admin, clerical and other duties for three months.

We are looking for a Dubai based individual who can:

• Be active, is well acquainted with tasks that require a degree of physical activity
• Assist the CEO at her home or office for home-based or clerical duties (includes grocery shopping, medicine running errands, book-keeping, administering medication and keeping track of accounts)
• Lead and assist in the creation of key production and business dev documents/deliverables such as filming of Reels or social media videos, business proposals, pitch decks and call sheets
• Liaise/communicate information between collaborators and involved parties or procure items required for shoots, media activities and other events
• Accompany the team in shoots, events, and other tasks as and when necessary
• Speak and write advanced level English
• Work with a team in commercial and/or flexible working arrangements e.g. home office, co-working spaces inAl Barsha area.

Experience in sales, film or events management is a huge plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
