  • Walshin Events and Exhibition LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operations manager in planning, executing, and monitoring events from start to finish, ensuring that all logistical and operational aspects of the events are delivered to the highest standards.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist the operations manager in planning, coordinating and executing events from start to finish, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects of the events are delivered to the highest standards.
    Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all equipment and materials are delivered on time and within budget.
    Monitor inventory levels and arrange for the purchase or rental of equipment and materials needed for events.
    Conduct site inspections and attend meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
    Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of event staff and volunteers.
    Manage event setups, including audio-visual requirements, staging, lighting, and decorations.
    Ensure that health and safety regulations are met during events and that risk assessments are carried out.
    Oversee event operations and manage logistics, including transportation, catering, and guest services.
    Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of the events and identify areas for improvement.
    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
    At least 2 years of experience in event management, with a track record of delivering successful events.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
    Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.
    Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    Fluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
