The Opportunity

Launching in Q4, Veralto will be a brand-new publicly listed parent company comprising 13 water treatment & technology businesses that are being spun out of Danaher Corporation.
The Financial Controller will be based in our Dubai office, with responsibility for managing the accounting, reporting and compliance of Veralto MEA entity.

The role encompasses the day to day back-office accounting work currently undertaken by Danaher, including OpCo recharges, payroll, VAT/corporation tax filings, local statutory reporting and compliance, results and forecast reporting, variance analysis, and quarterly/year-end US GAAP reporting.

In addition, the Financial Controller will partner with the OpCo FCs to obtain data, help prepare the Quarterly President’s letter and various business reviews and undertake projects to establish new MEA legal entities.

The Ideal Candidate

Big 4 or similar audit, accounting, and tax focused background. 1-2 years of additional industry experience would be very useful, but isn’t critical

Financial accounting degree or ACCA/CPA certification

Strong knowledge of Internal Control procedures and US GAAP experience

Excellent knowledge of local UAE statutory and tax reporting requirements

Fluent English, with strong written and oral communication skills
