UCM Education Ltd Job Description at a Glance:

  • As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a PA and Admin Assistant. You will be based in the Dubai office which we will be opening and supporting the Director who lives in Dubai as a PA as well as providing operations and adminstrative support across the business. The business serves the UK Market and has staff globally. Additionally there are plans to expand into the Dubai Market in the future.

    Roles and responsibilities will be:

    Manage emails and effectively communicate with external clients.
    Help effectively manage and maintain office systems.
    Make travel arrangements when necessary.
    Produce reports, presentations and briefs if required.
    Support across a wide range of business functions such as accounts, HR and operations
    You will have:

    Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
    Knowledge and experience of office management systems and procedures
    MS Office and English profficiency
    Outstanding organisation and time management skills
    Be up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
    Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Discretion and confidentiallity
    Degree Educated.
    Experience working in a fast paced environment
