  • We are an IT Services and Solutions Company based in Salam Street, Abu Dhabi

    Provide ONSITE support to clients as scheduled by the support department.
    Provide Support to clients computer systems (Desktops/Laptops/Servers/NAS/Network & Wi-Fi).
    Responding to clients IT support requests.
    Diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
    Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
    Tracking, managing & compiling job reports.
    Updating the Helpdesk System with proper information on time.
    Preparing BOQ & reports after site visit.
    Checking for other opportunities when onsite.
    Understand & resolve customer requirements/issues and close tickets within time.
    Maintaining good client relations & ensuring a high level of Client satisfaction.
    Increase Company reputation with quality on-time support & services.
    Required Technical Skills :

    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting – Desktops and Laptops (Windows and Mac).
    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting -Basic networks.
    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in configuring & maintaining basic Routers.
    Knowledge & hands-on experience in cabling, patching, network cable tracing & crimping.
    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting – Windows Servers.
    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting – MS Active Directory.
    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting – NAS devices.
    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting – Backup softwares.
    Strong expertise and hands-on experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting – Firewalls.
    Other Requirements:

    Min 3 years of IT Support Experience in a similar job role.
    The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.
    Ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
    Good Command over English Language is a must.
    Excellent phone & email communication skills.
    Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.
    Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
    Good organizational skills.
    Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
    Excellent professional image & should be presentable.
    Note:

    Driving license & IT certifications are an added advantage.
