  • This role is based in Abu Dhabi. The client is offering an attractive Tax free salalry package and relocation assistance.Required Experience (Do not apply if you do not meet the below criteria)5+ years of experience in a dealing role with an analytical focus within the FX / CFD industry
    Experience with retail and institutional trading platforms and activities of a trading desk
    Experience with various technology/trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, REDI, Metatrader, etc…)
    Detailed knowledge of CFD / FX products (FX, Bullion, Indices, Commodities, Equities)
    Understanding of general market/product characteristics (spreads, financing, liquidity, and specifics)
    Solid understanding of trade flows in a book / STP environment
    High level of competence in SQL, Python, and Excel with a focus on analytics
    Role and Responsibilities

    Significantly contribute to dealing with projects and the achievement of project milestones while ensuring continuous adherence to time and budget constraints
    Identify and develop initiatives and projects related to pricing optimization, quantitative methods for hedging, new platform roll-out, etc.
    Build and share a holistic view of the business and what it needs to succeed and conduct commercial discussions with sales to drive profitability forward
    Execute market trades across various asset classes and platforms to manage risk limits and cater to back-to-back business
    Continuously monitor and assess client flow utilizing tools available within the analytics suite
    Contribute to the Quant team in increasing book management efficiencies aimed at enhancing client flow monetization
    Help drive the improvement of the risk management capabilities and client offerings by participating in projects sponsored by Front Office with various functions
    Perform tactical and strategic analysis to support the electronic trading business
