Walk-in-Interview – Perfumes Expert (Abu Dhabi)

Time: 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm only

Location: 1st Floor, The Library Fragrance Boutique, Nation Tower Mall, Cornish Road, Abu Dhabi

Our Perfumes Expert is responsible for achieving optimum sales and targets by ensuring a high level of customer service and professional standards and is responsible for giving perfume advice to their clients and guiding them through perfumes.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

· Attend to customers visiting the shop, initiate the sales process, offer them qualified advice on the available products, pay attention to the customers’ tastes, and close the sale to reach sales targets and render the customer happy.

· Work regularly on merchandising to create the best display of products and the nicest visual ambiance in the store needed to boost sales. To achieve this, you will have to replenish stocks as often as required, think of pushing the slow-moving items, establishing a good balance between new and old collections, a good balance between full retail priced items and discounted items, and all other ways you might think of to maximize the Company’s business.

· Meet and greet the customers courteously, give them the requested level of product information, and customer assistance, build solid long-time relationships with returning customers, and provide personalized service.

· Maintain an up-to-date database on customers visiting the store; communicate to the customers all information regarding the special offers, sales, promotions, events… to maximize the business goals of the Company.

· Update product knowledge through personal readings, following the latest trends around the world to be able to provide confident and relevant advice to customers.

· Gather market intelligence and competition information to be aware of what’s happening around your brand, learn about your competitors, and stay ahead of it.

· Write consistent sales reports.

· Perfect level of product knowledge.

· Graduate in business management from a recognized university.

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry experience creating guest experiences within the luxury fragrance field What we can offer you with us you will turn your aspirations into reality.

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
