Full Description
The role of the Maintenance Team Lead is to manage and deliver the strategic maintenance priorities for the business. The Maintenance Team Lead will ensure an effective and efficient maintenance service is delivered and departmental targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved.

Maintenance Team Lead will be a dedicated point of contact for all maintenance issues and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team. Overall accountable for the Oracle Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including CMMS process improvement projects, maintenance build for new assets, manage maintenance change request and auditing.

Responsibilities
Deliver no harm (People, Asset, Environment and Reputation) Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) performance in accountable area by embedding safety leadership culture for self, Team members and contractor for all maintenance activities. Promote strong behavioral safety interactions culture.
Deliver planned and unplanned activities under the respective areas with strong emphasis on work preparation (materials, tools, manpower, work pack and optimisation) within schedule without compromising on safety and quality in order to achieve good reliability and technical integrity performance.
Provide a lead role in the maintenance and upkeep of, but not limited to cranes, anomalies, fabric maintenance, pipelines, pressure vessels, building maintenance, aviation facilities and rig jacking systems.
Develop strategy, review / approve procedures, procurement of material / fabrication, planning and oversee the execution onboard Dive Support Vessel for subsea repairs.
Deliver maintenance activities within budget and actively explore opportunity for value for money, increase in safety, productivity and efficiency.
Review installed equipment for any value adding upgrades. Review new equipment proposals to ensure it is fit for purpose.
Actively explore improvement opportunities in the form of new technology / method / material for maintenance, plant change, maintenance task improvement and equipment surveillance / monitoring with the aim to enhance safety and integrity, reduce cost, improve reliability and deferment performance.
Responsible Person for Helideck / Helideck Facilities Safety Critical Elements Performance Standards.
Interface with workshops vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) regarding equipment overhaul / repair both in house and external repair facilities. Liaise with both vendor and client repair facilities for improvement of repaired equipment.
Interface with the engineering department to ensure maintainability is considered when specifying, procuring and installing new or replacement equipment.
Support and manage subordinates, and work closely with other disciplines within the Production Support Team.
Member of the Incident Management Team.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience offshore
Relevant offshore / onshore experience of hydrocarbon processing, utilities plant and associated legislation.
Knowledge of operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment in remote environments.
Team management experience running a multi-discipline team of maintenance engineers.
Working knowledge of rigging and lifting methodology.
Expert with CMMS systems such as Oracle, Maximo and SAP
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer applications software such as Microsoft Office/Project etc.
Strong focus on process improvements and gap analysis is key for success in this role.
