The Role
Our client has an established 50-year history in the UAE and operates on a global scale across India, Africa, and the Middle East. Sustainability is at the heart of their operations, and they are constantly investing in new technologies, and they are also heavily involved in CSR initiatives across all their locations, giving back to the community. We are seeking a highly analytical, business professional who can provide complex data management support and project coordination to this busy CEO. We are seeking an experienced individual who has taken the step outside of pure EA support and who has engaged and been exposed to the business. Of course, the standard EA tasks exist, travel and diary management, however, the role goes much deeper, encompassing the tracking and managing of project status, analysis of data and creation of subsequent reports to actively describe that data in terms of what it means to the business, and present high quality Board presentations. There is considerable financial and statistical analysis; project costings, forecasting, profit margins, invoicing and managing the budget and subsequently reporting this to internal and external stakeholders. Hence, it is imperative that candidates possess advanced MS Office skills, including creation of complex PowerPoint presentations and VH look up/Pivot table ability in MS Excel.

Requirements
Our client is seeking degree educated candidates and at least two years’ experience in a professional services environment with data management and analysis responsibility. A highly competent professional who possesses strong attention to detail, ensuring all systems and processes are administered effectively. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment, with the ability to prioritize and work to a deadline is essential. Salary will be reflective of the experience brought to the role.
