Street Bites Job Description:

Sales Executive – Parking System

Responsibilities

· Address smartly identified project opportunities for Parking Systems & Solutions.

· Meet Annual Sales Targets.

· Create product exposure and recognition.

· Carry out market analysis and produce sales reports.

· Conduct site surveys, capture client requirements and identify basic system components.

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Experience in Parking Systems.

· Proven sales record of Parking, or Automation/ Access Control / Gate Security Systems.

· Having good parking system client database.

· Proficiency in English, Arabic speaker is a plus

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

· Fast learner and passion for sales

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

· Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferably)

Salary Package:

AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 plus commission (All inclusive)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• sales for parking solutions: 5 years (Preferred)
• Access Control / Gate Security Systems: 5 years (Preferred)
• reaching sales targets: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Preferred)
