Purpose:

Responsible for serving as a key contributor of the overall commercialization effort for assays and diseases state management concept. Plan, providing guidance and support on clinical values marketing activities, and collaboration with sales/marketing teams within MESA zone and EMEA region. This position has responsibility for establishing and managing the engagement with physicians and clinical KOL’s to promote the clinical values of Laboratory Diagnostics products and stablish scientific collaborations. The job activities including business justification, executing implementation of commercial strategies and development and execution of product marketing plans.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall activities in Clinical Marketing.
Develop and build relationship in the medical community at all levels to drive and promote portfolio of clinical value parameters to facilitate successful growth.
Fully implement a strategic business plan for the development of Clinical Marketing Assays.
Promote and establish network of endorsers in the medical community to further facilitate acceptance to drive demand for tests.
Implementation and development of all related supportive materials to aid country to position and market our Clinical Value parameters.
Responsible for communicating, creating awareness and train sales teams of both Siemens and our business partners about the clinical values of our LD assays portfolio.
Responsible for design and implement clinical studies with the KOL which should include competitive comparisons, quality studies, clinical values proof points and other related studies.
Welling and capable to travel across the Middle East, Africa and Europe for up to 60% of time.
Your Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Pharmacy with minimum of 8-10 years of experience in clinical marketing management and/or clinical collaboration.
Previous experience in a similar role and in healthcare is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possess excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong relationships with customers, advisory boards, and potential or existing business partners
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Application)
Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading), Arabic Language is a Plus
Strong leadership skills and a team player
Analytical, precise, pragmatic, enthusiastic, result-oriented, and commercial awareness
Creative problem solving and issue resolution skill
Planning, organization and time management skill
