Job Description

• Lead and manage Tier B & Tier C campaigns from concept to completion
• Act as a source of support and guidance for junior designers in the creation of assets including providing support and feedback.
• Liaise with the marketing team to understand objectives, and build creative and content that acts as a solution
• Lead graphic designers in the creation of digital campaign assets
• Manage diverse list of deliverables in a timely and efficient manner
• Partner with the creative director to drive team in producing assets and creative
• Produce strategic creative that acts as a solution to creative challenges
• Provide creative solutions and best practices to optimize content
• Lead with digital and social media content best-practices in mind

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in graphic design or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
• Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Experience managing multimedia design and static graphic design
• Ability to look at projects holistically with a keen eye for design details

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a team or intern is a plus
• Expert in Animation / Multimedia/ illustration and photoshop.
