Regional Account Manager
Profitable sales growth of existing customers and prospecting new business in Middle East

Manage existing accounts: maintain and nurture relationship, grow profitably the existing business, develop and follow up on new projects
Identify customers decision making process, their needs, opportunities and competitive environment
Prospect in assigned segment, generating new projects
Responsible for the sales and margin in the Middle East accounts
Promote company value proposition to build up long term relationship with customers
Prepare and deliver annual sales plan for the customers under responsibility, aligned with the corporate priorities
Develop market knowledge of the countries under responsibility, identifying key players (customers, competitors, influencers, major trends) and quantifying opportunities
Support regional marketing in local activities (Events/Exhibitions, product launches)
Report all key activities on C4C (project pipeline, new quotations, competitive information), to ensure the best short, mid and long term visibility of the area
Establish links with colleagues at operational level (Supply Chain, Quality etc) in order to get fast reaction to customer´s needs
Ensure the progress of projects and coordinate between customers and different services of manufacturing plants

Education and skills
Master degree in Science, Engineering or Business Management
Fluent in Arabic and English
Ability to work in an international environment
Demonstrated ability to achieve results
Interest in developing new business
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
Strategic thinker; able to develop creative solutions
Work independently and self motivated
Team player
Fast learner: ability to understand technical products
