Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Executive. As a key member of our customer support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and assistance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu), and a strong understanding of IT-related products and services.

Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels (phone, email, chat).

Provide comprehensive product knowledge and troubleshoot technical issues.

Guide customers through problem-solving processes and ensure a positive customer experience.

Language Proficiency:

Communicate effectively with customers in English and at least one of the specified regional languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu).

Translate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

Documentation:

Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist in issue resolution and future customer queries.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including technical support and sales, to resolve customer issues promptly.

Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer input.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about new technologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.

Proven customer support experience in an IT-related environment.

Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Telugu.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Familiarity with IT products and services.
