  • The Role
    Position Title: Administrative Assistant Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: They are one of the leading real estate companies in Dubai Job Description: • Screening and managing phone calls and emails, as well as distributing correspondence to potential clients while promptly addressing requests and inquiries. • Keeping the Manager informed of any lead generation activities. • Producing reports, presentations, and briefs as directed by the Reporting Manager and serving as the liaison between the Reporting Manager and both internal and external clients. • Ensuring strict adherence to the company’s procedures for maintaining the office filing system (both electronic and physical) and managing the CRM system. Additionally, monitoring property advertisements on various portals. • Keeping track of inventory for property sales, rentals, and renewals, and proficiently maintaining Excel spreadsheets and submitting all necessary documents to obtain Trakheesi Permits for each property as required. • Drafting, editing, and composing letters, addendums, and property-related contracts in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures. Assisting the Reporting Manager in overseeing social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

    Requirements
    Qualifications: • Open to Arabic and Asian nationals • 40 years old and below • At least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in the UAE • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology • Proficiency in MS Office and other operational software is essential • Strong skills in marketing research is a must • Well informed of all related online property advertisement (Property finder, Dubizzle, etc) • Having a valid driver’s license is preferred • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
