Republik Real Estate Management Job Description at a Glance:

Assisting the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans, assisting teams with marketing materials;
Providing recommendations on suitable formats, advertising mediums, corporate style etc;
Scheduling social media posts;
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns when required;
Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns;
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure branding is consistent;
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification;
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) on company’s marketing platforms (Bayut, PropertyFinder etc);
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Key skills:

A knowledge of and an interest in the methods organizations use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Photo and video-editing experience, Photoshop is a must;

An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once;
