VTS Application Administrator

• The Candidate should know VTS software, RADAR, AIS, VHF, CCTV, meteorological sensors, and other marine navigation and communication systems
• The candidate should have an IT background in support, installation, and troubleshooting
• Daily support for VTS software and associated hardware
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly preventive checks for the entire VTS system for performance assurance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment and supervise contract-based installations
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex VTS system (Software, AIS, RADAR, VHF, CCTV and meteorological sensors.)
• Document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal
• Keep up-to-date documentation
• Mission Description: administration/maintenance/third level support/design of Infrastructure
• Following up with contractors for technical support, ongoing projects, and issues
• Providing SOW and presentation for future projects
• Troubleshooting software and hardware for servers and operators
