Role Overview:

As the Master Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future landscape of construction projects in Dubai and the wider Middle East region. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of master plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you will contribute your expertise in urban planning, zoning regulations, and sustainability to create cohesive and efficient designs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute master plans for construction projects, considering client objectives, design principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural, engineering, and environmental factors into the planning process.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform decision-making and optimize design proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainable development standards.
• Provide expert advice on urban planning strategies, transportation systems, and land use optimization.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate planning concepts and gain feedback.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in master planning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Master Planner, preferably within the Middle East construction industry.
• Proficiency in urban planning software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp).
• Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, land use optimization, and sustainable development practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
