Position: Bid Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 AED per month

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the bid management process, from inception to completion, for a diverse range of construction projects.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to gather essential information for bids.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and develop winning strategies.
• Prepare and review bid documentation, including proposals, tender responses, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the bid team, allocating resources effectively and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth collaboration and address any queries or concerns.
• Monitor bid performance, track success rates, and identify areas for improvement in the bidding process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to enhance bid competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager within the construction industry, ideally with exposure to the Middle East market.
• Strong knowledge of bid management methodologies, tender processes, and contractual agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, enabling effective management of multiple bids simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in bid documentation and presentations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as MS Office Suite and bid management systems.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
