Job Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in property leasing.

2. Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas, including the property market trends, rental rates, and popular neighborhoods.

3. Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license is highly preferred as property viewings require commuting between locations.

4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and negotiate lease agreements.

5. Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients, property owners, and industry professionals.

6. Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior when dealing with clients and colleagues.

7. Market Awareness: Understanding of market trends, property values, and knowledge of legal requirements related to property leasing.

8. Target-oriented: Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed leasing targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Property Availability: Liaise with property owners and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties for leasing.

2. Coordination: Collaborate with the listing team to ensure accurate property information, including photos and descriptions, are obtained and shared with potential clients.

3. Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property to prospective tenants.

4. Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing personalized property options.

5. Lease Negotiation: Assist clients in lease negotiations, ensuring fair terms and conditions for both parties involved.

6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about the real estate market trends, rental rates, and property values to provide accurate guidance to clients.

7. Documentation: Assist clients with lease agreements and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

8. Commission Distribution: Adhere to the commission distribution and responsibility policies based on prevailing market trends.
