  • Fan Al Ibtikar Studio is currently looking for a Female Admin for Photography Studio Operations to manage on a daily basis and mainly to manage photos album deliveries to clients from edtiing to album production.Responsibilities and DutiesCheck the status of photo editing for all clients and note the delays.
    Check the status of printing and album making for all clients and note the delays.
    Complete the approved items to deliver and wrap properly.
    Secure the client albums are delivered on time.
    Contact the courier for deliveries.
    Other tasks may be given by the manager
    Qualifications and Skills

    Previous experience aligned with Printing / Advertising Company
    Must be Female
    1-2 years of experience
    Well Organized and Eager to learn
    With excellent Manegerial Skills
    Knowledge in Marketing
    Excellent command in English
    Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    Good computer skills and knowledge in MS Office suite
