Padra Medical Center Job Description at a Glance:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Reception Supervisor (Arabic Speaker), to help us meet our customer acquisition. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, developing customer service, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
The Applicant must be male, under 35 years, and (Arabic Speaker).

Responsibilities

– Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
– Design and implement a strategic business plan.
– Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships..
– Present sales, revenue reports and forecasts to the management team.
– Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
– Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
– Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Requirements
– BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
– Successful previous experience as a sales and reception supervisor (8 + Experience).
– Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
– Experience in providing customer service support.
– Strong client-facing and communication skills.
– Must speak (Arabic and English).
