With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join the Human Resources team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

 

 

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will add significant value, identifying ways to further strengthen and, to continuously support in providing outstanding service to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. He/She must be highly qualified and must have at least 3-4 years’ experience as L&D Manager in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/She must have a strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills, must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
