We are seeking a The Director of Operations to join our company in Dubai. You must have a high level of professionalism, an analytical mindset, the ability to find innovative solutions, flexibility, the ability to prioritize and make decisions, an entrepreneurial approach, and customer focus.

You know how to build communication between departments and masterfully conduct operational management through daily reports in figures for departments. You have systems thinking, see the big picture through data and indicators. You have experience in creating a strong effective team not less than 20 employees. High communication and negotiation skills. You have a successful track record of leading ambitious projects in the international market. You are ready to multitask, meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Accommodation in the UAE.
Successful managerial experience in the position of Executive / Operations Director / Head of major projects in companies for at least 5 years;
Experience in managing a team of 20 employees
English and Russian fluent
Responsibilities:

Implementation of the company’s strategic goals;
Automation, regulation and control of the execution of the company’s business processes;
Monitoring the results of all departments: legal department, financial department, marketing, sales, design and control of effective interaction of the entire team among themselves;
Interaction with partners, coordination department, investment department, analytical department;
Improving the efficiency of all departments;
Participation in the development of new company products and their improvement;
Budgeting, control and optimization of expenses;
planning and monitoring the achievement of targets, ensuring sales volume and stable profit growth;
Implementation of development projects, increasing their efficiency and profitability;
Control of financing of facilities under construction, timing and quality of work performed;
Improving the efficiency of interaction between business units within the company, optimizing business efficiency;
Participation in the development of motivational schemes for staff;
Development and implementation of corporate work standards policy;
Negotiating at the level of top officials, establishing long-term business relationships with key partners of the Company;
Working with regulatory and supervisory authorities, government agencies and institutions.
