Nukhba is hiring dynamic Field Sales Interns, playing a vital role in transforming the dining experience in the UAE in Dubai. The position offers a unique compensation structure, including a sales commission and a fixed retainer.

Responsibilities

Field Sales Job – To identify, target, sales pitch & commercial closure of restaurant / food outlet partners and on-board them to the Nukhba’s Food Dining network.
Deeply understand Nukhba’s features.
Assist restaurants in the signup process, provide training on using the merchant admin, and foster positive relationships with owners and staff.
Collaborate with the operations team for a seamless onboarding process.
Actively represent Nukhba.app at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Identify high-potential geographic clusters with high restaurant density, suitable customer profiles, and diverse cuisines.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities for analysis.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry and technology.
Results-driven and self-motivated.
Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts.
Passion for sales and convincing people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills.
