  Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our trading company based in Abu Dhabi. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing all human resources activities to support the organization’s goals and objectives. Our company specializes in trading high-quality flooring products, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.
  Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  Partner with management to identify staffing needs and lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and employee wellness initiatives.
  Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
  Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  Maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
  Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in the UAE, preferably within the trading or construction industry.
  In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
  Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
  Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations issues with tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
  Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are desirable.

  Salary: AED12,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
