Regional Trainer Middle East:
Supports the delivery of retail training in GCC markets
Conducts needs analysis to align training choices with priorities
Carries out training follow up on and off the floor
Guarantee the achievement of the Retail Engagement and Client Centricity goals
Develop action plans and follow-up for individual, team or country achievements
Delivery of Maison Valentino training paths – classroom, online and field – within the WW training catalogue making sure to on-board properly the new hired retail employees
Deep understanding of the company culture, heritage, product pillars and seasonal collection knowledge
Ensure the image of the Brand is respected and the highest level of Client Couture Experience is delivered in the dedicated stores
Support the development of the competencies and skills of individual employees, delivering training programs tied with company’s vision, values and business needs
Follow-up on client experience results (mystery shopping program) and support the improvements needed
Ability to identify the best learning delivery formats for a specific set of learning goals.

Qualifications and Competencies:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferred a Retail Training role in a high retail luxury industry
Good knowledge of Microsoft package (Excel and PPT) is a must
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written
English is a must, Arabic is highly preferable
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Excellent organization skills
In depth understanding of Luxury Retail, Client experience and selling skills is required
Excellent understanding of Adult Learning and blended learning
Knowledge of competitors, other Luxury Lifestyle
Brand and general fashion knowledge is required
Excellent influencing skills, coaching with a strong negotiating acumen is required
Ability to travel extensively
The ability to work in a team, to show flexibility, empathy and collaborative execution is required
Familiarity with talent management and succession planning is preferred.
