Here’s an outstanding job opportunity for you to use your key account management experience to lead the accounts and channels according to our strategy and segmentation while building excellent and lasting relations with our customers!
- Deliver customer value proposition for LEGO branded channel partners. Full accountability of end to end account management of LCS partners in MENA.
- Develop, implement and follow-up customer joint business plans that deliver against business targets.
- Build and develop relationships with key collaborators within customer and wider internal stakeholders.
- Activate the monthly priorities set by the marketing team in combination with key retailer occasions.
- Negotiate annual trade terms and plans within the set frames.
- Develop road map for future store expansion within MENA region, including implementation of store openings.
The aim of the LEGO Certified Store (LCS) strategy is to increase brand awareness, improve partner performance and to deliver consistent high quality retail experience for consumers and shoppers.
LCS is one of the key growth drivers in MENA and will be expanded passionately in the coming years. This role plays an important part in MENA to establish, implement and run the account business plan in Dubai while delivering the growth objective.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong commercial experience in sales, retail experience preferred but not a must.
- A proven track record of outstanding business results and accountability.
- Effective relationship leadership skills with a collaborative approach to internal and external customers.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in dealing with trade term contracts.
- A balance of short-term results focus and long term strategic work.
- Attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
