Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Assist in Legal Documentation

Operational Accountabilities

  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions pertaining to HR & Operations.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Support in employee communication with the management team.
  • Keep accounts for billings, overheads, expenses, cash flow etc pertaining to HR & Operations.
  • Responsible for invoice processing for clients, follow up and cheque collection and Organization related banking activities.
  • Manage supplies, merchandise, stationary, petty cash, saving terms of business, filing and ordering business related Items etc.
  • Book & organize team and corporate events and coordination with all employees.
