02. Are you ok to work night Shifts, 100 % Office based not work from home (Everyday 8pm to 6am next day) with Weekly 1 day off.

03. Are you ok with a starting salary of 2,500 /- review after 3months on performance?

04. JD will cover Procurement, Documentation & Admin works (Training will be given)

Responsibilities:

· Process purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services

· Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure that adequate supplies are available

· Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

· Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to develop procurement plans and ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards

· Assist in developing specifications for products and services

· Conduct research to identify potential vendors and evaluate bids

· Analyze data related to procurement activities and use that data to inform purchasing decisions and improve procurement processes

· Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is a must

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

· Analytical skills and ability to use data to inform procurement decisions

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is desirable
