  Kings’ Education is seeking an outstanding Procurement Assistant on a full-time basis to join their excellent and highly successful department.

  About Kings’ Education

  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree

  Responsibilities

  • Researching Potential vendors
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed to confirm or change orders.
  • Coordination with stores staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

  Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Schools as a procurement Assistant or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail.

  Local Police Clearance – UK enhanced DBS, home country or UAE and attested qualifications are a prerequisite for all appointments. Successful applicant will take up their position upon receipt of 3 satisfactory references and a valid police clearance certificate.
