Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving e-commerce sales.
Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, ensuring alignment with sales targets and objectives.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to acquire and retain customers on the e-commerce platform.
Contribute to the design and execution of promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Support the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring effective merchandising strategies and positioning on the e-commerce website.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to align offerings with market demands.
Assist in overseeing digital marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and online advertising efforts to promote products and services.
Utilize digital platforms to engage with customers, drive online traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the Director in implementing effective sales strategies specific to the e-commerce industry, including flash sales, cross-selling, and upselling tactics.
Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to enhance e-commerce sales.
Assist in utilizing analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance.
Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Contribute to ongoing market research to identify e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights to adapt marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
Collaborate with the customer service team to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with online customers.
Address customer inquiries, gather feedback, and contribute to enhancing the overall online shopping experience.
Support collaborations and partnerships with relevant e-commerce platforms, influencers, and affiliates.
Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and collaborations to expand reach and customer acquisition channels.
Assist in implementing robust sales forecasting processes to track performance against targets.
Contribute to regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
Proven experience in e-commerce sales and marketing roles.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, online consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated success in supporting and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies in the e-commerce sector.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide a sales team and collaborate cross-functionally.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for customer and partner relationships.
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising in the context of e-commerce.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with successful e-commerce brands or platforms.
Knowledge of e-commerce technologies, payment gateways, and online security best practices.

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
