Ishraq Home Health Care Job Description at a Glance:

  • We want to hiring one reception working for Aesthetic clinic (experience in Healthcare /Aesthetic /Derma is required

    1.Responsible for answering and transferring calls at the front desk, doing a good job in consulting calls, recording and communicating important matters to relevant personnel, and making customer appointments, billing

    2.Basic consultation and introduction, strictly implement the company’s reception services, and maintain good etiquette and courtesy

    3.Send and receive company mail and items, and do a good job in registration management and forwarding

    4.Responsible for the environmental maintenance of the front desk area to ensure the safety and normal operation of equipment

    5. Should have a knowledge in booking appointments for patient

    6. Have good coordination and communication skills, have a sense of responsibility, lively and cheerful personality, and have affinity
