The Role
Our global management consultancy client is seeking an experience individual within public affairs, government relations and public policy to support the business development team in this particular sector. This position requires exacting exposure to the public sector and you will offer guidance to the team in the areas of proposal infrastructure, the work steam framework and analysis of the client pipeline. You will be fully involved in supporting the team to create impactful proposals, develop suitable marketing strategies, share bespoke material and content, overall management of the proposal process and implement best practices when successful proposals are won with exciting new clients. The ideal candidate will ensure that account planning, commercial awareness, client knowledge, and engagement is high on the agenda as you will be present in project kick off meetings including round tables and events. Constant liaison with all internal and external stakeholders, excellent communication is essential for this position. You will take a highly professional approach with an exceptional eye for detail, and ensuring that no opportunity is left behind. You will also have high levels influencing and negotiation skills to ensure that the workstream is of a constant high standard and that your opinions are backed up by real-time data insights and public sector market knowledge.

Requirements
