Responsibilities

Conceptualize, develop, and execute the visual materials for integrated, cross-channel paid media initiatives including display ads, emails, landing pages, video animations, and video editions.
Work from strategic briefs to convert more people into our channels and increase the relationship between users and our brand.
Ensure all assets have a consistent look by adhering to our brand book and staying true to the brand and its core values.
Partner closely with other creative teams to create visual consistency across product marketing, brand marketing, and editorial content.
Push projects forward with minimal oversight; be able to work autonomously.
Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, translating strategy into innovative, high-quality concepts that are native to each platform and deliver results
Knowledge of the Adobe software used in the creative process.
Energy, initiative, a good sense of prioritization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Extremely organized, responsive, responsible, and accountable. You’re the go-to person for brand design, enthusiastic about helping, and always find a way to make things happen.
Nice to have:

Other content creation experience including video editing and photography.
