Seeking for a HR Manager for a global firm in Dubai. This candidate would report administratively and functionally to the MEA HR Director and Unit Lead based in Dubai.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the Human Resources (HR) department while developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff, as well as ensuring diverse talent is developed and retained to meet your organisation’s needs.;
Responsible for the efficient delivery of human resources products and services to all workers.
Regional and global human resources specialists’ primary point of contact for company-wide human resources programs and services.
Keep abreast of current HR regulations, laws, and challenges.
Lead or participate in projects linked to human resources.
Oversee the on-boarding process from offer to seamless integration into the organisation.
Oversee payroll operations for all Middle Eastern organisations.
Monitor benefit administration and tracking effectiveness.
Manage the performance management and train new employees about processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field is a must.
Proven working experience as HR Manager.
Proficient in using MS Office.
