Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.
• Should be able to analyze stakeholder needs, current market trends and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs buy perspectives.
• Should be able to translate business strategy into product strategy and execute the product strategy.
• Interacts with stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
• Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features for the owned product.
• Possesses or is able to obtain an understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.
• Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on persona mapping.
• Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between stakeholders, product team and engineering teams.
• Owns and manages the product roadmap and works in close collaboration with product owners and engineering teams for feature delivery.
• Continuously prioritizes in accordance with the understanding and validation of stakeholder problems and needs.
• Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
• Engages frequently with the engineering team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, refinement, testing and validation.
• Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
• Should have working experience in Agile environment.
