Extol International which is an Ajman base company is immediately in need of the Purchase Engineer with below qualifications;
Must be familiar with Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom materials.
1. Excellent in Expediting/Follow-ups.
2. Preparing Purchase Orders & Other related documents/reports.
3. Well versed in Excel Comparison.
4. Monitoring inventory levels and creating reports on stock levels and usage.
5. Knowledge of IncoTerms & Purchase Order Terms & Conditions.
6. Excellent in email communication.
7. Supporting the purchasing team with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
8. 1-2 Years experience is an added advantage.
9. Preferred age: 20-35 Yrs Old
10. 2 Years Preferred (Purchase Engineer)
