Job Description

Identifying new clients through cold calling, networking and managing online enquiries
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
Building long term beneficial relationships with both clients and suppliers
Managing charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
Achieving monthly and annual targets
Experience

Having an existing portfolio of clients along with a vast network of prospects
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
Excellent organization and planning skills, ability to carry out a number of tasks at the same time
Business verbal and written fluency in English is essential with additional languages desirable (German, Dutch, etc)
Good geographical understanding
Ability to meet & exceed sales financial targets
Hardworking and flexible, this role is not simply 9-5
Exceptional communication, problem solving skills, negotiation skills
Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
Qualification (!!REQUIRED!!)

A minimum of 2 years as a Sales representative in the UAE or equivalent experience in the private aviation charter industry.
Knowledge on the aviation industry, private charter & operating ‘Avinode’ , ‘Hotspot’
Graduates Degree
