Job Description

Preparing list of documents, deliverables, technical specification, application software & necessary graphics and basic engineering drawings like SLD, GA, IGA, FDS drawings etc.,
Involving in pre-commissioning protocols, commissioning protocols, commissioning check lists, safety checklists, critical commissioning data, commissioning documents backup, software backup to be maintained precisely.
Commissioning field instruments as per requirement.
Preparing commissioning reports based on the project schedule and reporting it to Lead/Project Manager on daily basis.
Travel to sites and to be stationed until the project is handed-over.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar field

Additional Information

6 – 8 years of professional experience in prior PLC programming experience

1. Hands on Knowledge of industrial automation PLC software like Allen Bradley, Emerson (GE), Siemens S7, ABB.

2. Hands on Knowledge in SCADA/HMI software like Factory-Talk, Cimplicity, IFix, Quickpanel and Siemens WinCC.

3. Hands on knowledge in RTU stations device like EWON, TBOX, Kingfisher.

4. Knowledge in instruments.

5. Self-starter with the ability to show initiative.

6. Ability to interact successfully with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

7. Knowledgeable with CAD and PLC software.

8. Knowledgeable Electrical and panel building background.

9. Define and execute validation (including acceptance, integration, installation and system testing) according to defined procedures.

12.Generate technical documents, such as proposals, execution documents (Logic diagram, Loop diagram, schematic drawing, Layout), reports, validation plan

13.Perform software implementation, system integration, testing and commissioning.

14.Communicate with customers, subcontractors and internal company team members to clarify technical issues

15.Co-ordinate and supervise onsite installations, testing and commissioning.

16.Plan and co-ordinate with other disciplines and execute the project efficiency in order to meet schedule.

17.Participate in Site Installation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Site Commissioning.

18.Interpret client requirements, identify design parameters, and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and within budget to meet project requirements and schedule
