What you’ll be doing

You will be part of the founding team of Chalhoub Group’s in house studio, and specifically responsible to plan, coordinate and manage Fashion and Product Photography shoots. You will act as the detail oriented, organiser and partner to the on-set teams, helping the creative teams excel at their jobs, ensuring quality and excellence in execution. Experience in a fast past shoot production role is required, ideally in an E-com environment, and a good understanding of Dubai’s creative scene will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the studio management and product receiving team to plan, manage and execute in studio shoots for a variety of brands
• Produce in-studio shoots for Fashion and Product Photography, making sure all teams are prepped and ready for the daily shoots on multiple sets
• Lead pre-production meetings to gather relevant information needed to ensure a smooth shoot day (talent, props, photographer equipment needs, etc)
• Arrange casting and booking of models, HMU and other relevant roles
• Send out call sheets and communicate any details to talent and contributors
• Secure necessary model releases and contracts in advance of the assigned shoot
• Support on set teams with any trouble shooting on the day
• Promote efficiency and ensure daily goals are met
• Maintain a catalog of talent/freelance pool
• Build strong cross functional relationships across the organization, internally and externally
• Raise Purchase Orders and maintain budget tracking
• Manage consumables stock and replenishment for the Photo Studio
• Nurture a culture of transparency & accountability

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong experience in eCommerce is essential – 4+years
• Knowledge of how a studio operates and functions
• Ability to support with the studio’s strategic vision
• A problem solver by nature
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Proven stakeholder relationship skills and experience within fashion and dealing with fashion brand teams
