Dolphin Job Description at a Glance:

· Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, establish workflows, DMS, HRMS etc.

· Prepare & define job description, job evaluation, promotions and salary reviews/analysis and amended HR policies & procedures.

· Review resumes and job applications.

· Conducts recruitment interviews and provides necessary inputs during the hiring process.

· Works with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.

· Maintaining HR record related to compensation, health, and medical insurance.

· Liaising with government agency to ensure adherence to compliance.

· Preparing and processing distribution of leave encashments.

· Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.

· Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomer joining formalities.

· Assist in resolving grievances or queries of employees and escalating the issue to the appropriate management level.

· Preparing offer and confirmation letters.

· Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them with consultation from respective manager.

· Reviewing organization chart across group for all positions at regular intervals and updating them with consultation from respective manager.

· Keeping records of staff insurance.

· Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

· Assist with performance management procedures.

· Conduct exit interviews and handle termination and required cancellation procedures as per UAE labor law. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.

· Maintain employee relations, advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation’s issues.

· Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

· Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

· Maintain and update both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
